The No Power Zone has attracted some of the changing breeds to New Haven, while among others, all but the bravest stay away.
The strange area in the center of the city represents a place where the power of the rage seething in the heart is lessened, but it is also a place where the sacred connection between the changing breeds and their spirits is severed, a disconcerting feeling for some. The ability to change forms and to heal vanishes as well, leaving the changing breeds vulnerable even to human attacks.
Will you risk the dangers of the No Power Zone in order to tease out its secrets? Will you fight for the wyrm, to corrupt the city and twist the strange forces in its center? Or will you seek to protect this place, by tooth and claw, if necessary?
