Lords Theme

The Lords rule southside. Nobody crosses them, nobody disrespects them, nobody does anything behind their backs. They are the law in southside, where the police fear to go, and their brand of justice is swift and deadly. With the Lords, there are no appeals.

Led by a mysterious figure known only as Brother Mean, the Lords spread over several cities, with their strongest presence, and base of operations, in Washington D.C. They are predominantly black and latino, but will accept men and women of other races if they prove themselves as truly badass motherfuckers. Once in the Lords, you're in forever, and your brothers and sisters will stand by you and protect you. Your problems are their problems. To screw with one Lord is to screw with all the Lords. Violence against your brothers and sisters is forbidden.

The New Haven branch of the Lords are led by the iron fist of Chavez, a hard man, powerful, and terrifying when pissed off. The only person who tells him what to do is Brother Mean, and nobody sees Brother Mean but Chavez.

Chavez' closest followers are known as the O.G., the Original Gangstas. Each O.G. heads up his or her own operation -- gambling, or prostitution, drugs, etc. Despite the name, not all of the O.G. are actually Lords who came to New Haven with the first wave from D.C; the title is available to anyone strong enough, mean enough, cruel enough, and clever enough to take it. Under the O.G., the organization is pretty loose. Respect is based on who can demand it.

The Lords fly the colors of black and especially red. Woe to anyone who gets caught wearing red southside. If they're lucky, they'll only be beaten within an inch of their lives and tossed in the gutter to bleed. If they're unlucky, it will be the last color that they wear.
