The Anarch free state in California is a powerful nation. However, they are thousands of miles from New Haven. The Anarchs have very little influence here; in the war zone between Camarilla and Sabbat, their message of freedom goes unheard. They have no territory to call their own, and any Anarch in New Haven would be advised to shelter with the Independents, or to lie low.
