Legal Weapons

The method for obtaining ** LEGAL ** weapons is easy and is as follows.

1) Send a mailed application to *govstaff and your spherestaff (check @malias to see the proper malias for your sphere) stating that your character owns a weapon. Please include the type of weapon, along with the ammunition and we shall provide you with the closest possible device, assuming your character has the means to acquire the weapon.

Copy the following template and fill out in the mail to *govstaff and your spherestaff.

                  (Reasons why your character should have requested weapon.)

                  (Any further information, such as a CCW permit, etc.)

2) Remember, just because weapons are available in New Haven, and on this MUX, not everyone in the real world has one. Please do not simply ask for a weapon because you feel that everyone else probably has one, so what would it hurt to have one yourself. If your character warrants a weapon, we will provide one, but your case should be stated strongly and effectively.

3) All legal firearms in New Haven must be registered with City Hall.
